Requirements
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification (Required)
- Minimum 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience

- Ability to work flexible schedules as operationally required Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Gulfstream G200, Bombardier Challenger 600 series, and/or Cessna Citation aircraft
- Avionics troubleshooting experience
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance tracking systems Strong communication and teamwork skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and work in confined spaces
- Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
JetPro Pilots is actively recruiting on behalf of a well-established Part 91/135 operator in the Pacific Northwest seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Aviation Maintenance Technician (A&P). This position plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of a diverse business aviation fleet.
The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining compliance with all FAA regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on aircraft systems including airframe, engines, hydraulics, electrical, and avionics
- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled inspections in accordance with FAA regulations
- Diagnose mechanical and technical discrepancies using proper testing equipment
- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Accurately document all maintenance actions in accordance with regulatory and company requirements
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards at all times
- Collaborate with maintenance team members, flight crews, and leadership Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in a safe and organized condition
Schedule
- Full-time position Flexibility required (may include weekends, holidays, and on-call support as needed)
