Facility Supervisor – Fulfillment Center - Tallmadge

Monday- Friday 6:30am - 2:00pm
Position Overview:
We're seeking a proactive, results-driven Facility Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in our
high-volume fulfillment center. This role is a blend of leadership, logistics coordination, and hands-on
facility management. You'll be responsible for driving performance, maintaining safety and
cleanliness, and ensuring the facility's infrastructure is operating at full capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Team Leadership
 Supervise warehouse associates and support staff to meet daily productivity goals.
 Monitor workflows and adjust resources to maintain efficiency and throughput.
 Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Facility & Maintenance Oversight
 Oversee all aspects of facility maintenance, including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general
repairs.
 Coordinate with vendors and contractors for scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs.
 Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve facility issues before they impact
operations.
 Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service logs, and compliance
documentation.
 Ensure all equipment (e.g., conveyors, forklifts, dock doors) is functioning properly and
safely.
Safety & Compliance
 Enforce safety protocols and lead incident investigations when necessary.
 Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
 Conduct safety audits and lead training sessions for staff.
Inventory & Logistics Support
 Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
 Support inventory control processes and assist with cycle counts and audits.
Performance & Reporting
 Track and report on KPIs related to operations, maintenance, and safety.
 Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance facility performance.

Qualifications:
 2 years of experience in warehouse or facility operations, including maintenance oversight
 Strong leadership and team management skills
 Working knowledge of building systems and equipment maintenance
 Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus
 Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
 Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
