Delivery Driver

Location: Akron, OH
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $18/hour

Jetpack Shipping is a fast-growing fulfillment and logistics company looking for a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. This role is responsible for safely transporting products, maintaining delivery accuracy, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

• Safely operate company vehicles for local deliveries
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules
• Load, unload, and transport products safely and accurately
• Verify delivery paperwork, manifests, and customer receipts
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns
• Keep company vehicles clean and organized
• Communicate route delays, delivery issues, or safety concerns immediately
• Assist warehouse operations as needed between deliveries
• Follow all company safety procedures, GMP standards, and transportation policies
• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with customers and team members

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable attendance and strong communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs. regularly
• Comfortable with physical work and working in a warehouse environment
• Ability to work independently and stay organized throughout routes
• Basic computer or handheld device skills for delivery documentation
• Previous delivery, warehouse, logistics, or driving experience is a plus
