Our fast-growing agency is on the hunt for a Senior Director, Client Services to join us on our journey of building the industry’s next great force in the experiential marketing space.


Here’s what we are looking for:

A seasoned Senior Client Services Director primed to lead, manage and deliver live, experiential events to our clients with an eye towards organic growth & client retention. XM at JetFuel includes sponsorship activation, pop-up shops, mobile tours, sampling campaigns, one-off events, retail marketing programs, and trade shows. Tactical applications include developing an overarching activation plan, developing a program timeline and tracking performance.


Here’s what you’ll need to do:

  • Oversee and lead all facets of production elements and client deliverables, ensuring the end

product meets and/or exceeds JFS & client standards

  • Ensure management of client expectations
  • Develop and manage projects and programs, including strategies, implementation plans, evaluation mechanisms, staffing plans, timelines and budgets
  • Act with a high degree of independence; holds responsibility for overall account relationships
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts, establishing relationships with key client contacts and ensuring that client/agency relationships exists on multiple levels and grow over time
  • Leverage full resources JetFuel, increasing client/agency points of contact
  • Provide proactive leadership to accounts, staff and clients
  • Develop and direct new business program development and presentations working with senior leaders
  • Company Credit Card & Expenses: Employees may be issued a company credit card for business-related expenses, and must ensure proper use, retain receipts, and submit weekly expense reports for approval


Here’s what you got:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or the equivalent
  • 8-12 years of relative experience within field/experiential marketing & live events
  • Communication skills; ability to communicate highly technical concepts to a non-technical audience
  • Vendor contacts, sourcing and negotiation experience
  • Detail oriented individual with excellent follow-up/follow-through, organizational /documentation/tracking skills
  • Strong computer application skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Suite) and ability to work in a digital work environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, think creatively, & evaluate usage data
  • Superior interpersonal skills to work closely with internal creative & accounts team members and client teams Familiarity in/basic knowledge of CAD or SketchUp is a plus Knowledge and understanding of trade show, union, and labor restrictions is a plus
  • Ability to work weekends and travel on occasion, when projects dictate
  • The role may require work outside of typical business hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, to meet deadlines or support critical projects.
  • The position might involve on-call responsibilities or rotating shifts to ensure project coverage outside of normal business hours
  • The job may require travel to meet with clients, attend meetings, or support projects.
