Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Bring the Brand to Life: Represent a premium spirits brand by creating engaging, authentic experiences tailored to the interests and lifestyles of its target audience.
• Connect with Consumers: Interact with attendees at on-premise and off-premise venues, including bars, restaurants, retail locations, and special events, sharing the brand’s story, offerings, and unique attributes in a compelling and approachable manner.
• Deliver Exceptional Brand Experiences: Engage consumers in a friendly, professional, and memorable way while maintaining the elevated image and reputation of the brand.
• Educate and Engage: Communicate product information and brand messaging accurately, helping consumers develop a greater understanding of the brand.
• Represent the Brand Professionally: Maintain a polished appearance, positive attitude, and professional demeanor throughout every activation.
• Support Event Operations: Assist with event setup, preparation, execution, and breakdown to ensure each activation runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Capture Consumer Insights: Provide feedback on consumer interactions, engagement, and preferences to help inform future marketing and promotional strategies.
• Follow Program Guidelines: Adhere to all activation procedures, brand standards, venue requirements, and applicable alcohol-related laws and regulations.
• Be a Reliable Brand Representative: Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience at every scheduled event.
  
  

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently and authentically with diverse audiences.
• A friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine interest in creating positive consumer experiences.
• A professional, dependable, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to assigned venues within the designated market.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and select special events, based on program needs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move throughout event spaces, and assist with setup and breakdown activities.
• Ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively with the activation team, and represent the brand consistently.
• Willingness to learn brand messaging and product information and communicate it accurately to consumers.
  
  

Preferred, But Not Required

• Previous experience in promotional modeling, brand ambassadorship, experiential marketing, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing roles.
• Experience with beverage, beer, wine, or spirits promotions.
• Experience working at events, tastings, samplings, or consumer engagement activations.

The hourly rate for this position is $35 per hour. Rates may vary based on market, location, and program requirements. The applicable hourly rate will be confirmed during the hiring process.

Compensation

$35/hr
