Here’s what we are looking for:
An eager Client Services Coordinator, responsible for supporting the Account Team in daily deliverables, activities, budgets and deadlines for creative campaigns and individual client projects & programs
Here’s what you’ll need to do:
●Coordinate and participate in the entire project cycle
●Plan and handling program elements
●Championing the vision of the project/program
●Assist in developing and overseeing the project/program execution
●Company Credit Card & Expenses: Employees may be issued a company credit card for business-related expenses, and must ensure proper use, retain receipts, and submit weekly expense reports for approval
Here’s what you got:
●Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in marketing, advertising or related field) and internship level marketing experience knowledge of the experiential marketing/events industry
●1-3 years of events/experiential experience, either agency or in house
●Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or the equivalent
●Demonstrates an understanding of the essentials of marketing and event production
●Strong oral, written and verbal communication skills
●Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.
●Thrive in a fast-paced, super cool environment with tight deadlines
●Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
●Superior interpersonal skills and desire to work closely with the JFS team and clients
●Strong computer application skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
●The role may require work outside of typical business hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, to meet deadlines or support critical projects.
●The position might involve on-call responsibilities or rotating shifts to ensure project coverage outside of normal business hours
●The job may require travel to meet with clients, attend meetings, or support projects.

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
