Role Overview

This is a hybrid IT support position based in Wayzata, MN, with an expectation of being in the office three days per week. The role is ideal for someone with at least two years of end-user IT support experience, whether from a helpdesk, MSP, or a similar internal support role, who is eager to broaden their technical exposure and get involved in a variety of projects. Occasional travel to other US offices may be required. Reporting to the IT Manager, based in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to all internal users globally, with a primary focus on staff in the Americas (Eastern and Central US time zones, Canada, Mexico, Brazil).
  • Deliver onsite support in Wayzata and St Paul, and remote support using RMM tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across devices (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android), applications, connectivity, and Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
  • Deliver light user training as needed.
  • Support device lifecycle management: onboarding/offboarding (joiner/mover/leaver), device standards, and asset inventory.
  • Provide basic support for business applications.
  • Software installs and managing licensing.
  • Maintain endpoint and email security practices and patching.
  • Documentation.
  • Participate in small to mid-sized IT projects (e.g. device fleet refreshes, new platform rollouts, office moves).
  • Collaborate with the IT Manager and other stakeholders to deliver secure, well-managed IT services.
  • Limited travel to other Jetcraft offices (e.g. St. Paul, Raleigh, & Charlotte) as required.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an end-user IT support role (helpdesk, MSP, or similar).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows 11 and macOS environments.
  • Experience supporting Apple Mac devices (hardware/software, OS upgrades, security, and remote management).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot for device management and deployment would be desirable.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint (user support, permissions, basic site management or development) would be desirable.
  • Exposure to CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
