If you want to build AI systems directly alongside Global 1000 teams and see your work go live in production, this is one of the highest-leverage engineering roles in the AI stack today.
Our Client is building one of the fastest-growing open-source AI developer platforms, with 28k GitHub stars, millions of weekly installs, tens of millions of AI interactions, and double-digit month-over-month growth. The product is already monetizing at the enterprise level and is in production across a meaningful portion of the Fortune 500.
Backed by strong funding and operating with a small, senior team, they are defining the agent-user interaction layer that brings AI out of demos and into real applications.
They are hiring a Revenue Operations Lead who will serve as the bridge between massive open-source adoption and enterprise growth. In this role you will build the engine that converts usage signals into revenue. You will own the end-to-end pipeline: architecting data infrastructure, deploying AI agents for signal detection, and automating high-conversion outreach.
What You’ll Do:
-
Build and maintain unified databases that aggregate data from disparate sources, including HubSpot, Scarf, Clay, RB2B, GitHub, and custom web forms.
-
Develop sophisticated queries and AI agents to identify Open Source Qualified Leads (OQLs)—pinpointing companies building production-ready applications.
-
Design and execute automated email campaigns and "enrichment waterfalls" that transform anonymous data into qualified sales meetings.
-
Own the data quality and reliability of the entire revenue engine, ensuring the sales team has a consistent flow of high-intent leads.
What They’re Looking For:
-
High proficiency in SQL and database architecture; expert at syncing data via APIs and webhooks into clean, usable formats.
-
Deep, hands-on experience with Clay (critical) and HubSpot. Familiarity with enrichment tools (RB2B) and OSS analytics (Scarf) is a major plus.
-
Comfortable with JSON, data schemas, and basic scripting (Python/JS) to build and troubleshoot integrations independently.
-
Understands the "bottom-up" developer motion and how to convert open-source signals into enterprise revenue.
-
This is an on-site role in Seattle; candidates must be local or willing to relocate.
Nice to Have:
-
Experience leveraging AI for data analysis and workflow automation.
-
A background in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Growth Ops within a fast-scaling B2B SaaS (Series A–C) or DevTools environment.
Why This Role Stands Out
This is a unique opportunity to sit at the center of the AI-native developer ecosystem. You will have the autonomy to build a modern revenue stack from the ground up and play a direct role in the commercial success of a leading open-source project.
