As a Delivery Driver, you will play a key role in maintaining our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Safely deliver pizzas and other menu items to customers’ homes, businesses, or other locations within the designated delivery area
· Provide excellent customer service at all times, including greeting customers with a friendly attitude, handling transactions, and addressing any concerns or questions
· Verify orders for accuracy before leaving the store and ensure timely deliveries
· Assist with store operations when not making deliveries, such as preparing orders, answering phones, and cleaning work areas
· Maintain the cleanliness and safety of your delivery vehicle
· Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies
· Handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly and accurately
Qualifications
· Must be at least 18 years old
· Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
· Must have own vehicle.
· Reliable vehicle and proof of insurance
· Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Basic math skills for handling payments
· Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and manage multiple deliveries efficiently
· Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy
