Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably in a leadership role.
Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems.
Leadership qualities, including accountability, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate crew members to provide outstanding customer service and uphold Jet's Pizza standards.
Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing coaching and support.
Oversee daily operations, including food preparation, order fulfillment, and cleanliness of the restaurant.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
Manage inventory levels and assist in placing orders for supplies and ingredients.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Work closely with management to implement promotional campaigns and achieve sales targets.
Foster a positive work environment based on teamwork, respect, and accountability.
Perform opening and closing duties as needed, including cash handling and reconciliation.
