What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Architectural Drafter position at Jet Recruiters?
We are looking for a Senior Revit drafter with at least 4 years of experience in preparing architectural drawings and construction documents to file with the NYC Department of Buildings.Candidates should have basic knowledge in Zoning and Building code.The jobs will involve but it's not limited to the following tasks:-Preparing Alteration type 1 and 2 drawing sets for filling with NYC DOB-Zoning Analysis and diagrams.-Drawing floor plans, sections and elevations.-Update submitted drawing sets according to examiner's objections.We are an architectural design firm with an extensive number of completed renovation and new construction projects.
