Job Description – Digital & Social Coordinator
At Jet Marketing, we’re looking for a creative, strategic thinker who loves digital media and wants to make an impact for our clients. This role blends project management, paid digital marketing, content creation, website updates, and video editing for social platforms.
You’ll thrive here if you enjoy collaborating with a team, troubleshooting challenges with a positive attitude, and constantly learning new tools and strategies. Experience with Google Ads is a strong plus and will help you shine even brighter in this role.
What You’ll Do:
- Work directly with project managers and clients to support their digital and social needs
- Edit and produce engaging video content designed for platforms like Reels, Stories, and YouTube Shorts
- Build WordPress landing pages, blog posts and update existing websites, with an eye toward SEO latest and best practices
- Plan and implement social media calendars, creating content that connects with audiences
- Monitor digital campaigns, analyze performance, and make strategic recommendations; including quarterly and annual client reports
- Explore and test new tools, trends, and strategies to keep clients ahead of the curve
- Contribute ideas that connect the dots between digital tactics and big-picture marketing goals
- Stay organized through time tracking and project management tools
- Be part of a collaborative, supportive, and creative team environment

Education:
A four-year college degree is required with professional or industry experience preferred.

Culture and Work Environment:
Our work environment is casual, caring, flexible and supportive. We like dogs and have one in the office. A hybrid model is possible, with an emphasize on in-office in Fort Collins, Colorado. We do take every other Friday off with pay for full-time positions.

Pay and Benefits:
· Full-time position (part-time would be considered, details below would be adjusted accordingly)
· Paid 2-week vacation after 1 year
· Paid holidays & sick time
· Every other Friday off, paid
· Simple IRA match (open enrollment periods apply)
· Starting Salary: $60,000 - $65,000, depending on experience
