Required:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program with an associate degree
- Current Idaho PTA license or PT Licensure Compact (PTLC) license, as applicable
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto liability insurance
- 1 year experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Home health experience
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and perform prolonged standing and walking
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required
- Ability to work under moderate stress to meet deadlines and patient needs
- Work performed in patient homes under varying conditions
