Personal Care Supervisor

This position will ensure we are delivering the quality and level of care that the client requires. The employee successful in this position will have outstanding communication skills, will display exceptional client service, and will be able to be organized and complete assigned tasks on time.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Customer service excellence – We are a client service company. Successful candidate must have proven client service experience
• Prefer at least 1 year in-office home health experience, but similar supervisory experience strongly considered.
• Organized
• Proven people management skills
• Clean background check/clean driving history/dependable transportation
• Opportunity to advance as the company grows
• Prefer college degree in related field; gerontology, psychology, healthcare administration, etc.
  
  

Personal Care Supervisor Duties, Skills, Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to ensure they are receiving the services and care they require and are healthy and safe in the home.
• Communicate effectively with caregivers to ensure they provide outstanding client service and exemplary care to clients
• Ensure agency follows all state regulations and maintains excellent records
• Maintain detailed records to meet regulatory and client service needs.
• Computer usage, entering and retrieving information, and MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel.
