Assistant Manager – Express Tunnel Car Wash
Franklin, NC
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to work alongside the General Manager and help lead the day-to-day operations of our express tunnel car wash.
Our facility is fast-paced, customer-focused, and hands-on. This is not a desk job. The right candidate will take pride in leading by example, maintaining high standards, and helping develop a strong team culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the car wash facility
- Supervise, direct, and support employees to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction
- Train, mentor, and develop team members while evaluating performance and setting goals
- Promote sales initiatives and support efforts to maximize profitability
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional site appearance
- Oversee preventative maintenance of equipment and facility
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Foster a positive team environment built on respect, accountability, and teamwork
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times
- Assist wherever needed to support the success of the operation
This is a hands-on leadership position that requires someone who is willing to work alongside the team and set the tone through action.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Previous management or leadership experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Strong communication and people skills
- Proven ability to lead by example and motivate a team
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work weekends
Experience in the car wash industry is helpful but not required. The right attitude, work ethic, and leadership ability matter most.
Compensation
$15 – $18 per hour depending on experience
