What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Advisor position at Jet Diesel Performance LLC?
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately diagnose vehicle issues
- Provide recommendations for necessary repairs or services
- Prepare accurate estimates for labor and parts
- Schedule appointments and communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs, including align, tire service, auto body repair, shocks struts, suspend, brake repair, air brake, diesel engine repair, transmit, and oil change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
