We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service team at our Olympia Mazda location.
Position Overview
As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our service customers. You will greet clients, assess their needs, coordinate repairs and maintenance, and ensure they have a seamless and positive service experience. This role requires strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle issues.
- Provide repair and maintenance recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
- Prepare and present service estimates, obtain approvals, and keep customers updated on repair status.
- Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
- Review completed repairs with customers and explain invoices.
- Build trust and long-term relationships by delivering excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with dealership, manufacturer, and state regulations.
Qualifications
- 2 years of automotive service advisor experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Proficiency with dealership management systems (e.g. Reynolds, xTime, etc.) a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
