Duties
- Assemble and pack sampling containers and paperwork and ship to customers
- Understanding of inventory requirements to perform daily task and inform management when items are needed
- Basic computer skills, specifically using Outlook email and calendar
- Ability to read and understand written procedures in English or Spanish
- Ability to read and understand the Quality Manual in English or Spanish
- Professional attitude, good communication and customer relations skills
- Take direction from and show respect for supervisors and managers
- Work as a team with and show respect for peers and colleagues
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance
- Drive company car to handle various company tasks
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Good organizational and general housekeeping skills
- Comply with all safety procedures and company policies
- Must have clean driver’s license that is free of traffic violations
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
- Handle janitorial duties or building maintenance
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes including picking & packing, stocking, and inventory control
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and documentation
