Role Description
This full-time, on-site role based in Brooklyn, NY, involves providing high-quality personal training and strength and conditioning coaching. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing personalized training programs, conducting one-on-one and semi-private training sessions as needed. The role also involves building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring a safe training environment, and tracking client progress to help them achieve their goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in personal training and strength and conditioning techniques
- Experience in conducting semi-private training
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills
- Knowledge of fitness assessments and program design specific to client needs
- Ability to ensure safe exercise practices and proper equipment use
- Fitness certifications such as NASM, ACE, or an equivalent (preferred)
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
