We are seeking a driven and polished Sales Representative to join our growing team. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly encouraged to apply, as we proudly serve a diverse and expanding customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage professionally with walk-in, online, and phone leads to identify customer needs and match them with the right vehicle.
- Conduct detailed product presentations and vehicle demonstrations across our premium inventory, including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, and other high-end brands.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up and transparent communication.
- Work closely with management and finance to ensure a seamless, customer-first sales experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals while upholding the highest ethical standards.

Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in automotive, luxury, or high-value sales preferred.
- Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred.

- Professional appearance and demeanor; valid driver’s license required.
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow professionally and financially.
