Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Flight Coordinator located in Naples, FL. The Flight Coordinator will be responsible for planning and coordinating flights, managing aircraft logistics, and ensuring smooth operations. Daily tasks include organizing flight schedules, coordinating crew schedules and logistics, and facilitating wholesale and retail logistic, all while providing exceptional customer service to clients. Effective communication and attention to detail are essential for this role.
Charter Sales is an additional opportunity within this role should someone was to earn additional commission through selling Jet 1 aircraft throughout our wholesale network.
Qualifications
- Experience in Flight Planning
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in aircraft scheduling software, Microsoft 365, and other software
- Previous experience in the aviation industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in aviation or related field is an advantage
