As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented, motivated Accountant to join our team at our Naples Airport headquarters.
About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site position (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM). You’ll work closely with and report directly to the Controller, partnering daily to support the company’s financial operations. Aviation is a fast-paced, dynamic industry, offering many opportunities to influence process improvements as our business continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue invoices for charter flights
- Manage accounts receivable for charter operations
- Close out charter flights in the accounting system, including generating a P&L for each flight and calculating and recording commissions
- Maintain and reconcile JetCard ledgers
- Assist the Controller with month-end close
- Perform additional tasks and projects as needed
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience as an accountant or bookkeeper, or relevant degree
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with strong customer service skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
