Location - Orlando, FL, Onsite (40 hours a week in the office. No exceptions.)

The Kind Of Work You'll Be Doing
Coordinate calendars for global and local teams, including scheduling meeting rhythms, logistics, and meeting room preparation.
Schedule meetings for global leaders, prepare agendas, document notes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-through.
Oversee team financial administration, including processing invoices, tracking budgets, reporting, and coordinating with US Finance.
Coordinate travel logistics, hospitality arrangements, team retreats, and global events for staff and ministry partners.
Maintain staff records, job descriptions and training certifications; assist with onboarding and administrative support for global staff.
Manage the organization of shared drives, document access, permissions, and digital records retention, including reorganizing legacy files into current systems.
Maintain and support the Equipment Contact Management (ECM) and Equipment Inventory Management (EIM) systems, including troubleshooting and implementing system improvements in collaboration with the Software Engineering Team.
Maintain accurate inventory records, labeling, and serial-number tracking within ECM systems to support global equipment distribution.
Assemble projector and tablet equipment sets in accordance with JFP standards, ensuring all required components and materials are included.
Load and manage ministry media content on MicroSD cards, Wi-Fi boxes, Audio Bibles, and related devices in alignment with JFP guidelines.
Provide basic technical support, equipment maintenance, fulfillment assistance, and shipping preparation while following JFP safety, security, crisis management, and travel policies. Supervisor

Required Experience
- Certification in IT maintenance and troubleshooting preferred but not required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in administrative or technical fields preferred but not required
- 1-year experience in Cross-cultural training is strongly desired; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
