Jester Concepts is proud to announce the opening of our newest concept, Mirabelle, in the heart of Excelsior. Mirabelle takes its inspiration from coastal living and offers up a menu of supper club classics, including starters like popovers and shrimp cocktail, and mains, including fish, pasta, salad, and steak. Nightly specials include traditional comfort fare, such as lasagna, meatloaf, prime rib, and Friday fish fry.
Mirabelle is one of three concepts at 200 Water Street. Mirabelle joins Parlour Bar and Shiki.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: LINE COOK
The Line Cook contributes to the success of the restaurant through the consistent and timely preparation of menu items. The line cook maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and professionalism. The line cook is also responsible for ongoing organization of their station and the kitchen
Qualified Line Cooks have:
- 2 years of restaurant cooking experience
- Weekend availability is required
- A desire to work in a scratch & chef driven kitchen committed to the highest food quality and elevated dining, required
Here is a general list of responsibilities to give an understanding of what will be done during a shift, but the responsibilities as a member of the team are not limited to this list.

- Communicate with CDC, sous chef, and other coworkers regarding needs of kitchen and dining room staff
- Practice "Clean as you go" theory
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe workstation
- Participate in a team environment helping coworkers with completion of all assigned tasks
- Communicate efficiently with management any issues relating to station readiness including equipment
- Maintain food safety and sanitation procedures according to Health department standards and Jester policies and procedures
- All other duties as assigned
