E-Commerce Analytics Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Analytics Specialist to join our innovative digital marketing team. This role supports our e-commerce and analytics functions by helping maintain our online store, reviewing data trends, and assisting with inventory accuracy. It’s a great fit for someone who is comfortable with technology, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow their skills in business operations. You’ll work closely with our CEO, Operations, and Sales teams to keep things running smoothly and ensure our customers have the best possible experience.

Responsibilities

• Update product listings, categories, and settings across our e-commerce platforms
• Pull and summarize sales and inventory data to support business decisions
• Help monitor website performance, customer behavior trends, and promotions
• Assist with maintaining accurate SKU information and inventory tracking
• Support routine tasks like data cleanup, report building, and troubleshooting basic technical issues
• Collaborate with Operations on inventory workflows and system updates

Skills

• Comfortable learning new systems and tools (Shopify and Amazon experience is a plus but not required)
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to dive into data
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with clear communication
• Interest in growing within operations, analytics, or e-commerce

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
