Responsibilities
- Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases
- Develop leads, schedule appointments virtually & in-person, and identify customer needs through needs-based conversations
- Present and educate customers personalized options based upon prospective client needs and goals
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
- Build rapport and trust with clients to foster long-term relationships.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up as needed.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- Willing to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (company assistance provided)
- Desire to work in fast paced, high energy, team environment
- Positive, Can-do Attitude, Coachable
- A genuine desire to help people protect their futures
- Driven, self-motivated and goal-oriented individual
- Ability to tactfully handle stress and difficult situations
- Handle customer rejection

Salary : $50,000 - $85,000
