Responsibilities

Assist customers with policy inquiries and updates.

Handle customer requests efficiently and professionally.

Help policyholders understand their coverage options.

Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Build rapport and strengthen relationships with our client base.

Work collaboratively with the team to achieve service goals.

Requirements

Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

A positive and friendly demeanor.

Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems.

A genuine desire to help others.

Salary : $42,000 - $72,000
