- Provide detailed menu descriptions, recommend specials, and upsell items to enhance the guest experience while increasing sales.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and food safety.
- Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns promptly, and foster positive guest relations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems, process payments securely, and manage cash handling responsibilities.
- Assist with food preparation tasks when necessary, support bussing tables, and maintain cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs.
