ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are looking to add to our growing team of amazing skilled licensed insured specialists! This role will be primarily focused on new sales, new customers, proactively outbound calling and reaching out to potential new customers along with current customers to check in. Must be both, property and casualty licensed along with life and health licensed (or willing to obtain licenses if you do not currently have them). An ideal candidate is outgoing, social, interactive, able to multitask and has great communication skills.
No experience or degree requirements, as we provide all tools and training but must have insurance license before starting the position. Sales experience is a benefit but not required.
An ideal candidate is someone who is fun and can help continue to grow the office, this position does have career growth potential as well as future opportunities for advancement within the agency along with our corporate office.
This role and the insurance industry in general, is very much about serving others and providing value information to help customers and potential customer better understand insurance along with making more informed decisions. If you are a person that is drawn to naturally helping others, this is a great career that helps people in the worst of times. Also, important detail of this position and our office in general, this position does not offer health insurance benefits, but we do offer a monthly stipend to go towards health insurance premium after 90 days.
