- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring proper food handling and storage practices are followed at all times.
- Support meal preparation for various service types including dine-in, catering, or special events.
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and high-quality food delivery.
Experience
- Prior experience in food industry roles or restaurant positions is highly valued.
- Experience in fine dining environments is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and kitchen operations.
- Proven skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly.
- Familiarity with menu planning and serving in diverse culinary settings.
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in food industry standards for hygiene and safety.
