Job Description
The Regional Service Manager will be responsible for establishing financial goals and operational objectives for the branch service department. This includes managing the Regional Service Department's Profit and Loss (P&L) and providing coaching and guidance to department staff to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background in heavy construction or industrial equipment industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience managing people.
