JES Holdings, LLC (JES): founded in the early 1980s, JES is a privately-owned group of companies that offers a fully integrated array of services, including the development, construction, management, and tax credit syndication of all types of housing, including market rate, historical restoration, affordable family housing, assisted living | memory care and senior developments.  JES consists of 650 employees and JES is responsible for the oversight and operations of six affiliate companies including: 

JES Dev Co, Inc. (JES Dev Co):  founded in 1994, JES Dev Co specializes in identifying   site selections for future developments by analyzing market projections, measuring market strength, and surveying community needs and opportunities. 

Affordable Equity Partners, Inc. (AEP): founded in 1997, AEP is a financial resources company that assists developers and investors in the Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and historic rehabilitation tax credit programs to finance and create enduring value in neighborhoods and communities, while at the same time to reduce tax liability. AEP assists projects in the pre-development and construction stages, as well as in long-term asset management. 

Fairway Construction Co., Inc. (FWC): founded in 1984, FWC offers design and build services to construct housing, as well as to renovate and rehabilitate historic buildings. FWC excels at supervising projects onsite, coordinating with subcontractors and tightly managing the construction schedule to ensure projects are accurately completed on time and on budget. 

Fairway Management, Inc. (FWM): founded in 1986, FWM is responsible for the business administration, management, compliance, and maintenance of more than 160 apartment communities and single-family rental subdivisions. FWM’s team of accountants, property managers, compliance officers and field staff members work together to maximize occupancy levels, affordable rents, and exceptional living standards. 

JES | Prime Senior Living (JES | Prime): was created to address rapidly changing senior housing needs. It is dedicated to promoting a vibrant lifestyle to seniors seeking independent living communities or providing luxury and fulfilling care to those in need of an assisted living | memory care community. 

Metro Services Groups (Metro): is a comprehensive improvement services company, specializing in concrete and landscape projects in mid-Missouri for over 25 years. Metro works with customers to develop and implement long-term solutions tailored to their specific needs and budget.
