Our goal is to give experienced brokers the back-office resources as well as all financial support they need so they can focus on selling, servicing customers, and growing revenue.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow your existing customer relationships.
- Coordinate transportation management activities including dispatching carriers for your loads, transportation planning, and scheduling to optimize freight routes and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and service terms with carriers and customers to maximize profitability while ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and other industry standards.
- Ensure on-time pickup, delivery, and communication.
- Provide top-tier customer service. Jerue has an excellent reputation of integrity and high level of service. This is required to be upheld.
Requirements
- Active customer base with freight ready to move (required).
- Strong knowledge of transportation planning, carrier sales, contract negotiation, and logistics operations including dispatching and freight pricing.
- Minimum 1 year of freight brokerage experience.
- Ability to navigate complex negotiations with carriers and customers while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Understanding of transportation regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and manage your book of business.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for inside sales calls, account management, and building long-term client relationships.
Compensation
- Commission split based on your revenue.
- Paid monthly based on completed loads and submitted carrier paperwork.
