- Assist customers in locating auto parts, accessories, and related products using inventory management systems and POS (Point of Sale) terminals.
- Provide expert advice on vehicle maintenance, automotive diagnostics, repair procedures, and product features to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory control by stocking shelves, organizing stockrooms, conducting stock counts, and ensuring product availability.
- Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit card payments, and cash handling procedures with professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, organized retail space by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product labels are accurate.
- Collaborate with team members on order fulfillment, inventory management, and promotional marketing efforts to boost sales performance.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or dealership environments is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and automotive repair enhances your ability to serve customers effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills help close sales confidently.
