Position Summary:
We are an active and growing Adult Day Health Care Center in Monmouth County looking to hire an External Marketer & Field Representative. Responsibilities include delivering an exceptional experience to our client's as well as growing our clientele. As a Marketer, you will be a frontline leader of our team and interact with clients daily. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, new referral partners, as well as maintaining strong relationships with current referral partners.
What We're Looking For:
- 2 years in sales, Healthcare sales is preferred
- The ability to engage with clients in a friendly, professional, and sincere manner is a must
- You possess a client-first mentality. You use empathy to understand the client's situation and are willing to go the extra mile to make a difference and ensure they feel entirely supported and fulfilled
