We are excited to be opening a brand-new location in Old Lyme, CT and are looking for a strong leader to join our team.
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead the launch and daily operations of our new Old Lyme location. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building teams, driving results, and delivering an outstanding guest experience.
Duties
- Lead and manage day-to-day restaurant operations
- Hire, train, and develop a team of 15–30 employees
- Build and manage staff schedules based on business needs
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Ensure excellent customer service and adherence to brand standards
- Maintain a positive and productive team culture
- Monitor performance and drive operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of General Manager experience (restaurant or high-volume environment preferred)
- Experience hiring, coaching, and leading teams
- Strong knowledge of scheduling and workforce management
- Inventory management and cost control experience
- Solid understanding of day-to-day business operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 per year (based on experience)
