Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to Jersey Mike's standards and recipes
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food prep stations and dining spaces
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals and deliver excellent service
- Uphold Jersey Mike's brand standards in presentation, quality, and customer interaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting boxes or ingredients
