We are looking for Shift Leaders who take pride in their work, lead with positivity, and set the standard for exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for someone ready to step into leadership, support store management, and help drive a high-performing, culture-driven restaurant.
What You’ll Do
As a Shift Leader, you are responsible for supporting the management team and leading the restaurant during your shifts. This includes:
Coaching and motivating team members to deliver outstanding customer service
Producing food that meets Jersey Mike’s high quality and consistency standards
Delivering the complete Jersey Mike’s guest experience
Leading by example with professionalism, urgency, and integrity
Managing cash handling and key-holder responsibilities
Opening and closing the restaurant
Enforcing policies, procedures, and food safety standards
Maintaining a restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than others
Leading and managing a crew of team members
Participating in local and national marketing initiatives
Helping build sales through execution, service, and teamwork
Developing team members for future growth and advancement
Completing and following the Learning Management System (LMS) training program
Communicating effectively with the GM, ASM, and Other Managers
Operating with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment

Pay & Perks
$15.00–$16.00 per hour tips
(average tips add $3–$5/hour)
