Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the shift
- Ensure smooth and efficient food production and service
- Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement new procedures or initiatives
Skills:
- Previous experience in food production, deli, banquet, or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Proficient in using POS systems and other relevant software
Note: This position may also be referred to as Assistant Manager or Shift Supervisor.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
