Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality sandwiches and food items according to company standards while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience.
• Manage cash handling duties with accuracy, including cashiering and balancing registers at the end of shifts.
• Maintain food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures, sanitation protocols, and kitchen cleanliness guidelines.
• Assist with food prep tasks like slicing meats, cheeses, and vegetables, ensuring freshness and quality.
• Support team members with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and restocking supplies to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales transactions.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.50 - $11.50 per hour
