Compensation & Guaranteed Earnings

We offer a highly competitive and guaranteed compensation package:

• Hourly Wage: $ $14.00 per hour
• Guaranteed Tips: We guarantee an extra $2.00/hour in tips (we cover the difference), making your effective starting wage $ $16.00/hour
• Annual Earning Potential: With guaranteed tips and overtime, managers have the potential to earn $31,200 to over $39,500 annually.

• Raises During Training: As a manager in our Operator in Training program, you will receive raises throughout the program.
• Lead Assistant Potential: A Lead Assistant Manager can earn up to $45,000 per year plus paid vacation.
• Store Operator Potential: You have the potential to promote into the Store Operator role, which can earn up to $80,000 a year plus paid vacation.
• Career Path: Manager (receiving raises) → Assistant Manager → Lead Assistant → Store Operator.

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership or restaurant management experience is preferred.
• A positive, reliable, energetic, and genuinely team-focused attitude.
• Strong communicator with a passion for people and service.
• Weekend availability required.
• Must be 18 years old.
