Qualifications For The Job

• Education: High School Diploma
• 1 Year QSR experience, preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
  
  

Experience can include being a Shift Lead at a location such as Heritage Senior Living, DoorDash, IKEA, ETE Reman, Prader-Willi Homes, Cheddarhead Holdings LLC, Potbelly Sandwich Shop, Walgreens ... etc, however this is not required as we will teach and train you the necessary skills to excel within our team.

Floating Shift Lead – Jersey Mike’s Subs (Full Time)

Location: 544 E Ogden Avenue, Milwaukee, WI

We’re searching for a motivated Floating Shift Lead with proven leadreship experience to join our Milwaukee-area team! In this pivotal role, you'll work both opening and closing shifts to ensure consistently high standards wherever you go.

As a Jersey Mike’s Shift Lead, you’ll be hands-on in every aspect:

• Supervising and coaching team members during your shifts
• Maintaining our “Raving Fans” level customer service standards
• Ensuring top-quality food safety, store cleanliness, and smooth operations at every location
• Handling cash, creating a positive atmosphere, and jumping into any role when needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in quick-service or fast-casual restaurants
• Comfortable delegating tasks and holding the team accountable to standard operating procedures
• Training new hires once fully trained
• Experience with inventory, accurate cash handling, and food safety protocols
• Skilled at facilitating smooth shift handoffs
• Excellent communication skills and an outgoing, customer-focused personality
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and shift gears with changing priorities
• Must be committed to becoming fully certified as a Shift Lead
  
  

What We Offer

• $17-17.50/hour plus tips averaging over $3 /hour
• 37–40 hours per week
