What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Leader/Manager position at Jersey Mike's Subs?
Starting at a minimum of $15.00 plus an average of an extra $4.94 in tips per hour. Tips are split evenly by total hours worked in 2 week pay period.

Responsibilities:
· Strong customer service skills
· Training and motivating team members
· Cashier monitoring - managing cash
· Uncompromising standards in maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
· Have excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills
· Be a true team leader and have the ability to hold others accountable as well as yourself
· Work closely with Store Manager to handle operations of store
· Have a deep commitment to customer satisfaction
· Have a strong work ethic and be dedicated to the success of the restaurant
