We need individuals who have experience managing an energetic team of individuals, can make decisions on the fly and aren't afraid of hard work in a fast paced environment. A leader with a positive attitude and great organizational skills.
Experience in the "quick food" industry as a manager is going to be a plus when applying for our Shift Leader positions. Positive attitude, and ability to think outside the box. You'll need to be flexible with your time.
General Supervisors possess strong leadership qualities and are capable of running store operations. Additionally, supervisors have a proven track record of operational consistency and customer focus.
Supervisors must exemplify all the expectation and job description items listed for crewmembers plus the following responsibilities:

100 % Stand or walk.
80% Interact verbally with other restaurant positions.
75% Work at Approx. 36" table/stove and reach in approx. 36".
75% Reach (6" to overhead) bend, stoop and wipe.
60% Perform job at continuous high pace, under pressure, while maintaining quality & speed standards.
50% Lift and carry sacks, boxes, product up to 50 pounds from floor to above waist level, approx. 20 feet and sometimes involving stairs
