HIRING: Daytime Crew Member – Guaranteed $15.00/hr Effective Pay
Looking for a reliable daytime job with great pay and no late nights? Jersey Mike’s Subs is hiring dependable, energetic Daytime Crew Members to join our fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Daytime & Lunch Shift Focus
We are prioritizing candidates available during our busiest daytime hours.
Primary shift: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (lunch rush focus)
Optional opening shifts start as early as 6:30 AM
Full-time and part-time positions available
Weekend availability (morning or afternoon) is required
Pay and Guaranteed Earnings
Base pay: $13.00 per hour
Guaranteed effective pay: $15.00 per hour
Tips are guaranteed to bring total hourly pay to at least $15.00. If tips fall below this amount, the company covers the difference. Your earnings are protected every shift.
Job Responsibilities
Provide friendly, fast, and accurate customer service
Prepare fresh subs to order, including slicing meats and cheeses
Operate the register and handle payments accurately
Prep ingredients, restock supplies, and maintain clean work areas
Support team members and assist with opening and daily operations
What We’re Looking For
Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Must be 18 years or older (preferred for slicer operation)
Must be available for weekend shifts
