Job Summary
Jersey Mike's Subs in Lino Lakes/Hugo is hiring dependable, motivated individuals (18 ) to join our evening and weekend closing team, with opportunities to advance into Shift Lead positions.
We're looking for reliable, hardworking team members who enjoy working with others, take pride in delivering great customer service, and have the potential to become strong leaders. You'll learn all areas of restaurant operations, including closing procedures, while developing the skills needed to eventually lead a shift.
Schedule: Part-time, approximately 12–20 hours per week, with closing shifts typically from 4:00–9:30 p.m. We're especially interested in candidates who can consistently work at least two weekend evening closing shifts (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) each week. You do not need to be available all three evenings, and additional weekday closing shifts may be available.
Compensation: Starting pay of $15.00–$16.25/hour plus tips, with current team members averaging $18.50–$19.75/hour in total earnings.
Growth Opportunity: Our goal is to develop qualified team members into Shift Leads within approximately 3–4 months, based on performance, training progress, and leadership readiness.
