We’re looking for experienced, energetic leaders ready to step into our structured fast-track program.
Pay & Earnings
- Hourly Manager / MIT Pay: $15.00 – $16.00/hr Tips
- Shift Leader Pay: $11.00 – $12.00/hr Tips
- General Manager Potential: Once you complete training and a trial period, you can earn $55,000 – $65,000/year(Base Bonuses Allowances).

Your Role (MIT & Hourly Manager)
- Run Winning Shifts: Act as the GM-on-Duty, overseeing operations and team performance.
- Master the System: Complete our structured three-level Operator-in-Training program, including ServeSafe and Operation Excellence Certifications.
- Coach & Mentor: Train your team to deliver "The Mike’s Way" while building a positive, high-energy culture.
- Operations Mastery: Learn inventory, scheduling, labor management, and P&L oversight.
Who You Are
- Experience: Previous restaurant or retail management experience is required.
- Total Flexibility: Must be available for all shifts, including mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and closings.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and ready to lead by example every single shift.
- Requirements: Must be 18 for key-holder and slicer responsibilities.
