The essential responsibilities and job functions for our team members and especially our future leaders include:

• Smiling — Must be able to smile and communicate with a positive attitude with all guests (especially), third-party delivery drivers and fellow team members alike
• Working Tirelessly — Must be able to stay moving for long periods without sitting; helping with every walk-in guest and online order while utilizing downtime to keep store clean and complete daily duty checklists
• Communication Skills — Must be an excellent verbal communicator under pressure with both guests and team members
• Ambition — Must strive to come in and grow every day without exception

Requirements:

• Must be 15 years of age or older
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds
• Must have Driver's License
• Flexibility to work lunch and dinner shifts, weekends and minor holidays
• Quick-service experience preferred, supervisory roles especially so
