Shift Leader Position:
Requirements:
- 1 year(s) experience as a shift leader in QSR/retail
- Availability for full-time (35 hours) work each week
- Flexibility to work day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Must be 18 years old or older
Responsibilities
- Lead crew members through all aspects of a shift delivering great customer experience
- Work closely with GM and AGMs to execute labor objectives
- Assist in inventory and truck ordering
- Ensure completion of all checklists and daily store initiatives
- Monitor and enforce food safety protocols in the store
