General Manager Jersey Mike's Subs

Jersey Mike's Subs is looking for an experienced General Manager to join our growing Augusta Market.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about people, has a drive for business and guest focus is #1.

Position Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year restaurant management experience or similar operations leadership experience required
• Associate's of Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Food Safety Managers Certificate
• Ability to handle high stress situations
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
• Ability to coach and motivate to achieve brand standards and operational goals
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to partner with others to achieve results
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and influence
• Places a value on diversity and show respect for others
• Excellent financial and business acumen
• Proven ability to manager multiple priorities simultaneously with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, days, and evenings
• Licensed to operate an automobile without hours of operations restrictions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
